Everything starts with YOU. Your intentions, your goals, your vision for the future. Everything we do is confidential. Just like you share information with your financial planner, accountant or physician, what we work on together is just between us.

Typically Feng Shui engagements start with an initial consultation, which includes completing a questionnaire, a layout of the space and an in-person consultation that typically lasts 90 minutes. During the initial consultation, we discuss recommended modifications, cures and arrangement for your greatest areas of focus.

If desired, we can continue on to deeper levels of Feng Shui consultations, space clearing and home blessings.

Other projects like home staging for sale, de-cluttering or remodeling project management are done on an individual project basis.

Fees for consultations are based on the scope of projects. Primary Consultations will be paid for at the booking confirmation via check, PayPal, Venmo or Square Cash. Larger projects will be billed per contract.

RED ENVELOPE TRADITION

At the end of consultations, I observe the Red Envelope Tradition. It is an ancient Chinese custom and represents a way to honor and respect the knowledge that is shared. It represents effort and energy on both sides (the consultant and client) and is the very last exchange of the consultation.

1. You will need 9 red envelopes. You can color plain white envelopes with crayons, make or purchase envelopes of any size. They must not have been used before / new.

2. Before the consultation, take the envelopes, sit quietly and think about the change you would like to occur. As you think of these, place any amount of money—even a penny in each envelope. The act of placing the money offering while visualizing the improvements you want to take place in your life is another way of activating your intentions.

3. At the end of the consultation, you place all the envelopes in your hands and transfer them to my hands so we are both holding them at the same time. This links our energies, confirming your intentions and life desires while concluding the consultation. This is symbolic of the Circle of Energy representing man, earth and the divine.
